The team building starts in the most extravagant way you can imagine.  

‘It’s a Jungle Out There’ is an activity that incorporates animal-like behaviour such as bears, baboons, weasels, sloths, and vultures. 

In corporate life, there are various personalities and characters one has to encounter on a daily basis. These elements were incorporated to form the core of this activity.  

While participating in this activity, employees begin to learn about strength in diversity and feel comfortable sharing their unique perspectives and experiences.  

The goal to find common ground and celebrate our differences was duly met at the end, proving how imperative it is knowing how to deal with individuals at all levels, from various backgrounds, profiles and cultures.   

The day continues with ‘The Domino Effect’ activity, which challenges the mental faculty and innovative hat of the great minds working for Zchwantech. Follow with another session called EPIC RACE requires clear thinking, exceptional organisation skills and strategy to out-perform, out-manoeuvre and out-think while maximising points.

This team building demonstrates the importance of team members and the collective, similar to the reality of working life. The finale sees all the team working together to accomplish the most challenging mission. What an exhausting yet fulfilling endeavour! This capped a memorable and productive 2 days team building event for Zchwantech, and leaving the employees with a new outlook on life.
