This involves the creation of a “Sovereign AI Factory” framework—integrating data pipelines, model operations, and high-performance computing (HPC) environment to support national-level workloads. 

A cornerstone of this initiative is the development of dedicated AI data centers, including technical scoping for the Sarawak AI Data Centre, a 20MW project in collaboration with WiAdvance, while exploring further infrastructure opportunities in Selangor.
